Please note that there is currently a delay in shipping. All orders placed between the 10th - 17th September will be sent on the 18th of September.

From the 18th, shipping will return to normal.

Please provide a street address only, as we cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.

Due to the expensive rates of international shipping, our international parcels are not tracked. If it is important to you that your parcel is tracked, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Time Estimates

Our aim is to get your parcel to you safely, for a reasonable price and as quick as possible. Shipping from New Zealand, postal estimates are:
Within New Zealand: Urban - 1 day, Rural - 2 days
Australia & South Pacific: 5-10 working days
United States: 10-14 working days
UK & Europe: 10-14 working days
Asia: 10-14 working days
Rest of world: 10-14 working days
Please allow 1-3 working days for your parcel to be sent, and please be aware of public holidays in New Zealand, as well as the time difference. On occasion your parcel may be delayed due to situations out of our control; please be patient and remember to order early to ensure it arrives on time. Please order Christmas presents by 1st December ☺.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to an address error (eg the form was filled out incorrectly on your part) it can be re-posted at the buyer's expense. If you would rather have your purchase refunded we can do so, with the shipping costs deducted.
Please be aware of the import laws in your country - some countries charge a fee for your product to enter the country. This is not our responsibility to pay, and we recommend becoming familiar with your laws before ordering. If your parcel ends up getting sent back to use for this reason we will follow the usual refund procedures.

Refund policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges
We hope you will love our brushes and files, but in the unlikely event your set arrives faulty/broken we are happy to refund your purchase or exchange it for a new one. Please provide photos and an accurate description of the problem and contact jessie@naileditnz.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we usually can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for purchases where you have changed your mind, but we will give you store credit for the cost you paid (minus shipping costs). Please contact us at jessie@naileditnz.com to organise returning the product (shipping is at the buyers expense for change-of-mind purchases).
We don't refund brushes that have become damaged from poor care - eg inadequate cleaning. Please make sure you read the care instructions and when available, watch the Nailed It NZ Youtube video that will instruct on recommended cleaning methods.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example when a product is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
